We take extra care in packing your items, each purchase is handled personally by a packaging expert (that would be me - over 10 years as a personal shopper and deliver gal!) who inspects the item prior to packing for shipment. All delivery addresses must be within the U.S NO exceptions.
Returning Items By Mail ( for all items returned)
Include all original packing materials and accessories as well as item you are returning.
Include the return label enclosed with your order (if purchased online and you received a email confirmation please print and ship this, and indicate your reason for the return.
Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.
* A restocking fee will be charged where applicable (shipping and handling is not refunded)
All Returns: Must be in original seal/unused/not worn, damaged or washed.
I ship via USPS with confirmation and insurance. U.S. addresses ONLY. Orders arrive anywhere from 5-15 days after purchase depending on your area, weather conditions and whether or not its a holiday season. Rest assure, your order will arrive within these specified times. Please be patient with your order arrival.
